Bottom section of the cookie jar measures 7 by 6 and 1/8. Top section measures 7 by 6 1/2 in. Stack them together and the overall height is 12 and a quarter inches. There are no chips that I can detect. There is paint loss. On the inside of the lid it seems to be smooth and right. The bottom section there is a hairline on the top lip. And there are grease marks on the inside. The bottom is marked patent pending.
