Pat pen measures 5 3/8 in long. I would imagine that it is lucite. It is clear and frosted. The pointed end two sides are shiny two sides are frosted. It is threaded. Hair pins are included. Longest length of hair pin is 3 and a quarter inches long and the shortest is 1 7/8 in Long.
