The top overlay piece that hooks at the top still hooks but the fabric is starting to diminish. Measurements are as followed semi: shoulder to shoulder is 15" back of neck line to waste is about 18" shoulder seam to cough is about 24". Under arm to under arm is roughly 19". There is slight damage to the lace. And there is stains staining. There are no tears or rips under the arms or anywhere on this piece of costuming. It needs to be cleaned.
